The Office of Financial Aid will notify you via your Bergen Portal and E-mail accounts if you are required to complete additional documentation to complete your financial aid application.
The requested document(s) will appear in Bergen Self-Service [under Self-Service > Financial Aid >Required Documents].
While Bergen is closed, certain documents, for example the Statement of Identity and Educational PurposeProof of US Citizenship, official government issued photo ID, etc can be submitted to Bergen secure email address: [email protected]
