Setup Student Email on Android

  1. Download Outlook for Android and then open the app. The icon looks like this:

  2. Tap Get Started if it’s your first time. Otherwise, open the Menu and tap Settings, Add Account, and then Add Email Account.

  3. Enter your Student email address. Tap Continue.

  4. Enter your Bergen username and password. Tap Sign in.

  5. That’s it! Your account is added. Tap Skip to proceed.

  6. Outlook will open with a set of tips. Tap the arrow to review, or tap Skip to go to your Focused Inbox.

  7. Switch between the Focused and Other view to see your emails. Tap the Pencil near the bottom to create a new email. You can also switch between the Inbox, Calendar, Files and Contacts views along the bottom of the app.
